Products

Are your products official or licensed?
We sell New York-themed souvenirs from a range of suppliers. Licensing or affiliation is stated only when it is confirmed in the individual product description. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, do not assume that an item is officially licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with a trademark owner.

Are product details accurate?
We aim to describe each item using the information currently available to us. Please review the individual product page for its listed material, size, design, color, intended use, and available variants.

Orders and payment

How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout with your contact, delivery, and payment information.

What payment methods are available?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if they have not already been processed or shipped.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, or international addresses.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 4–7 business days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Is shipping free?
Eligible orders shipped by standard service within the contiguous United States receive free shipping.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending a return.

Who pays return shipping?
For eligible approved returns within the contiguous United States, we provide a prepaid return label. Please see the Refund Policy for conditions and exclusions.
