These Terms of Service apply to the website and online store operated by I love NY gift & souvenir shop. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the store. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Store information
The online store is operated by I love NY gift & souvenir shop and is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made from I love NY gift & souvenir shop, not from Shopify.

2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. Information submitted through the store must be current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately using information currently available to us. Product materials, dimensions, colors, designs, intended uses, variants, and any confirmed licensing information are stated on individual product pages when available. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause appearance to differ from photographs. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, no official affiliation, endorsement, or licensing should be assumed.

We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. If an error affects an order, we may contact you, offer an available alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item.

4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after it is successfully confirmed and can be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized, inventory is unavailable, information is incorrect, the delivery address is ineligible, or fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount is returned to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The final order total is displayed before payment is submitted. 6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, PO boxes, or international addresses.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit after shipment is estimated at 4–7 business days. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Complete terms are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours only if it has not already been processed or shipped. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery under our Refund Policy. For eligible approved returns from the contiguous United States, we provide a prepaid return label. After an approved return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

8. Intellectual property and third-party marks
Store-created website text, graphics, layout, and other original content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos, transit references, sports references, landmarks, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on a product or the website does not by itself mean that the store is affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the rights owner. Licensing or affiliation is stated only when confirmed in the relevant product description.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, interfere with, or commercially exploit store content except as allowed by law or with written permission from the applicable rights owner.

9. Reviews and user content
If the store provides a feature for reviews or other submitted content, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content. Any incentive connected to a review must be disclosed. We may moderate or remove content when reasonably necessary to operate the store or comply with law.

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; introduce malicious code; interfere with store security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; or submit false or misleading information.

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

12. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and policies displayed at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, services, or applicable requirements. The current version and update date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on a customer's location.
